Return & Exchange Policy
At Forever Sport, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer an exchange in accordance with the policy below.
Exchange Policy
Products may be exchanged within 7 days from the date of delivery or purchase, provided that:
- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- All original tags, packaging, and accessories are included.
- The original purchase receipt or order confirmation is provided.
All exchanges are subject to stock availability.
No Refund Policy
Please note that Forever Sport does not offer refunds or returns for change of mind.
We provide exchange only and do not issue cash or card refunds unless required by applicable UAE consumer protection laws.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Once the issue has been verified, we will replace the item at no additional cost.
Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items cannot be exchanged unless they are defective or incorrectly supplied:
- Underwear and intimate apparel
- Swimwear with removed hygiene seals
- Customized or personalized products
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final sale items
Exchange Shipping
If the exchange is due to a damaged or incorrect item supplied by Forever Sport, we will cover the shipping costs.
For exchanges requested due to size, color, or customer preference, any applicable shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
